Http 1.1/500 internal Server Error

Http 1.1/500 internal Server Error -- hemal soni --

Hello Friends,

Can any one please guid me how to solve
"Http 1.1/500 internal server error"??? It's urgent.
when i try to open a new webapplication or an existing web application,the framework pops up this error very time.
I tired up following commands but it doesn't help me.

iisreset /stop net user ASPNET /delete aspnet_regiis -i iisreset /start
thanx in advance.
