500 Internal Server Error -- KarthikRamaswamy --
Hi all, I have an ASP site up and running in IIS 5. The site is up for the past 2+ years. All of a sudden i get 500 internal server error. I even turned off the HTTP user friendly message in IE and so when i refresh the page, i get a message "Remote Procedure call failed". I tried changing the settings in IIS by giving the read, write access and in the physical folder i had given the ASP NET, IUSER persmissions. But still i get the message "Remote Procedure call failed". I even created a new folder and transferd the files to the new folder and pointed the site to the newly created folder, but still i get this message. Can anyone share if you have come across this problem and solved it. regards Karthik Ramaswamy.S |
